Agile and UCD article

My latest article on integrating Agile and UCD (Agile and UCD: Building the Right Thing the Right Way) has been published on DevX. In the article Darius Kumana, my co-conspirator, and I talk about the benefits of combining the two approaches, such as: using the frequent delivery of agile projects to help gather user feedback, and improved collaboration through collective responsibility.

We also sound a warning about two key issues inherent when integrating agile and UCD: loss of context and planning to iterate so teams can react to new findings from user testing.
